Join like-minded teens for fun excursions around Chicagoland.
(And learn a little bit along the way!)
How it works:
Students gather on Zoom once a week for 2 weeks for a brief online course on the given topic. After completing both parts of the 2-part course, students will go together on the accompanying local excursion.
Students must complete both parts of the course to attend the excursion.
Students are welcome to participate in as many of the excursion courses as they’d like!
Excursion Courses:
Shakespeare
Read and discuss Shakespeare together, then attend a showing presented by the Chicago Shakespeare Company.
Evolution & Theology
Sacred Architecture
Disability & Theology
Visual Art
Learn how to look at and talk about art, then put your skills to use on a trip to the Art Institute of Chicago
